Important info and bounty token allocation

One form is for one parking location, which may be a parking lot, a garage, or on-street parking area (not a parking space (an area provided for parking of one vehicle) i.e. one parking location may contain many parking spaces). The bounty is based on first come first serve principal, so make sure to be the first one to fill in as many parking locations as possible.
