Bounty campaign is used to advertise an upcoming project, token and ICO meanwhile signature campaign is under bounty campaign. Because there are several kinds of campaign in bounty campaign suchas: Social media campaign (facebook&twitter), Translation, telegram campaign, youtube campaign, blog, and signature campaign.

Bounty campaign is the campaign itself. It is the main platform to advertise something for companies and there are branches of tasks to do to advertise the company and what it offers. One of the tasks that the companies require is to do signature campaign. Signature campaign is just like advertising companies here at bitcointalk. You can earn by posting and replying quality posts on the required threads instructed in the given campaign. There are also other campaigns offers at a bounty campaign like social media campaign. There are a lot of social media that you can use to be a part of that campaign like facebook, twitter and instagram campaign.

Not sure if this is the right place to post that question, but I will answer anyway. They are very similar, and on both of them you usually get paid for renting the signature and avatar space of your account. You can't do that right now because you are a newbie, but you will be able to do it if you want, when you rank to junior member.

As for the difference between the two, I would that normally Signature Campaign are paid in BTC and it's just for sig and avatar like I've mentioned. Bounty campaigns are usually paid in another coin, other than BTC, and don't necessarily need you to wear sig and avatar, because there are bounties for other things like translating stuff, writing articles, etc.
