I have seen these kind of proposal thread on by one person on services section mate. I do not think bounty or signature managers will share the space on managing the campaigns. Most of the top managers may have the assistant to check the spammers and manage the spreadsheet.

Without portfolio getting the any kind of project will not work at all mate.
You need to have the experience on working here on this forum as a manager.

Checking spreadsheets, keeping track of the participants, preventing SPAM from the participants, barring shitposters to join the campaign and calculating rewards / stakes is what a Bounty Manager does, if he has to hire someone for that, then he himself is redundant. I am not sure if such practices are "allowed" but its definitely immoral (at least in my book).
I suggest you try to find some other kind of job that would better reward your time.

Why don't you go to the bounty section then and try to PM some bounty managers and offer your services. I know that bounty managers have some sort of assistant to help them manage and track everything specially the bounty spreadsheet. I don't know if this is against the rule though, but its better to ask around and see how it goes for you.
