Hi All -

As an entry level Bounty Campaign Manager - I was wondering if anyone could provide some tips/valuable info so i can get better at it overall. I've read that the key to starting out as a Bounty Campaign Manager; one has to have a high ranking of course but what are any additional tips to make a Campaign POP. Adding this to my skill-set for future I.T jobs would no doubt help for the up and coming Crypto World.
Having high ranks is not a the criteria to be a bounty manager even we can see lot of bounties run by member level managers so it is all about the skills and trust.

But managing bounty is not an easy task the number of participants in the bounties are very huge so calculating the stakes every week is a big task and also you need to find the scammers who is just posting some other people's work to get stake. So you need much time to be a bounty manager. And also need to have the knowledge about ICO project then only you can differentiate legitimate and scam ICO teams.

I'm sure having a high rank helps though Tongue
Essentially one just has to be a great organizer, correctly documenting the stakes per social media/signature campaign. Duly noted about the scammers part; the fact that someone would try to steal someone elses work to get stake is ridiculous but not surprising. My hints are generally low ranks/unprofessional-ism/active-ness and i generally tend to review all their previous work/experience pretty well. Currently managing a start-up ICO, it is a lot of work but it's been pretty simple so far as long as it's all organized correctly/efficiently.
