This has nothing to do with moderators. contact the person who tagged your account and provide satisfactory proof. If you can't, then you have to accept the negative tag attached to your account.
in your case, I don't know what you can do to defend yourself. the evidence is quite strong and it might not be fair if the negative tag were to be revised or removed. Moreover, these two accounts were not the only ones published.

Maybe you forgot that you published this account several years ago. If you want to develop drama on that account, you just need to look for solid evidence from the account that you previously published.

It's possible that what you're saying is true - but it could also be that he's avoiding drama that doesn't actually benefit him. We don't need to know what his true reason were – but the focus is on what he reported and what he found.
