It has only very few members. If you have any questions please feel free to write there. I will repley to any question (if the question is not just a hidden offer for any service). So yes, it seems inactive right now. But it isn't 
This is a small private project and that's why this bounty exists - to spread the word about it and to create a community.
I dont think i can call it as a bounty this is only a referal commision if someone under you will buy that tokens you will recieve 10% which is happening in many ponzi scheme even until now. I hope some people share their referral link at no cost. In the worst case they don't lose anything. In the best case they make some bucks.
