The first time I hear about such bounty campaigns, I'm certainly a newcomer to the market, but really the projects can pay Fiat or bitcoins for the bounty campaign, where the projects will take the money if they go to the ICO to raise money.
I prefer to work for bitcoin if any bounty comes for crypto i prefer to use bitcoin in first priority and other crypto are also good like if we look at Ethereum that is also a good one and bitcoin is more likely to receive and pay for payment and other transactions.

There are very few such bounty campaigns and almost impossible to start participate in it (to many desirous). Many projects have to pay for work with project tokens because they need money to develop their idea.
At the current market movement, i prefer to choose coins with low price but rather fluctuated a lot.

NEO is out race for bounties.Currently ETH and USD are getting more response and BTC is there all the time.You can get into services to look for companies for such and you will find there what you need. 
I think it is not beneficial for the creators of the project, they lose less money in their tokens, they just don’t talk about it

I think for bitcoin there are some project who pays bitcoin and ethereum by doing signature but the sad part is only you got a higher rank can participate it. You can check it out in services thread, there you can update any upcoming signature campaign who will pay bitcoin.

OI will check it out, because I am interested in Bitcoin or Eth bounties. I have so many useless tokens sitting in my wallet that have never hit an exchange because either the ICOS have turned into scams, or they do not care about their investors and have not put their tokens on exchanges. I too would like to find bounties that pay in either BTC or ETh, or other main crypto currencies that ar eon exchanges, or are going to at least be guaranteed to run on an exchange.
currently there are so many ICOs that have not reached their softcap, I am more worried about some projects being scams because they cannot reach softcap rather than discussing how they do crowdfunding
I don't think of looking for a company that is certain. For the time being I will always try to follow the bounty campaign program and receive the prize as they give. It doesn't have to be NEO, ETH or BTC. For me the most important thing is not to have a fraud that will harm many people.

I found a thread that paid participants using BTC, ETH, NEO and other altcoi, but they only needed someone with a high rank, so be a senior member at least to dream of getting a BTC every week

In this part, I think that they have own reasons of why they pay the bounty hunters with their own tokens. first is to reduce the outcome of theirs. I don't clearly understand why people are demanding for ICO's or company for their bounty prize to be in USD or even a more reputable cryptocurrency. Ofcourse they can do it, unless they got a really good starting fund for their bounty. Most of the ICO's and starting up cryptocurrency teams and developers has no funds that's why they are conducting an ICO sale cause they dont have money or cryptocurrency so they are just able to give bounty hunters the token they will make.
Paying people with their tokens will cost them almost nothing. It came from their supply and it really has no value at all until the ICO will end and investors will sum up all the money into market cap.
I think bounty usually all pay in tokens , but around 1% pay in btc or ethereum in signatures, all other activities paying in tokens and thats problem, because token can not go to exchange and bounty hunter wasted few months of life for nothing.

These kind of reward is a very rare one. Most of the rewards of the bounty campaigns are consisted only in their token. I can say that because, the ico campaign has allocated a percentage reward of their token as their reward to its bounty campaign.
I think that lots of people forget about why the ICOs are held and their bounty campaigns as well. Creators hold the ICOs because they have no money, and they make Bounties to reward with their tokens the participants that helped to promote the project. If you do not like the project just do not participate in it, it is not required from you.
This issue has been discussed a lot, and there are several managers who make bounties with fiat or some more valuable currency, but I just don't think it can be the common thing, since the goal of ICOs is to raise funds, not spend them on marketing, the only way that works is if all bounty hunters refuse to accept tokens, but right now I doubt very much that this will happen, since for many this is a way of life.

Wow, your picture is very intuitive and easy to understand. ICO projects often use their tokens as bounty bonuses because it is simply that they do not need to spend more on advertising costs. And if their project is good, the value of the token will be high and the reward if compared to the bounty paid in BTC, ETH, ... will be dozens of times.

a promising project is a project that is paid with eth, neo, fiat, btc, because the above coin is a high-end coin and it is quite stable, and you as a true reader will surely find a good project in this forum and get paid with btc and you will find other coins and the existing coins must be maintained.

Well, I am not very sure you could find any more companies doi g bounties and paying using neo bitcoin or ethereum. That is simply because new companies do not have any money, and all they could offer is their own token or coin. In the past I have seen bounties campaigns offering ethereum, but now I don't think there will be one ever again

Sometimes we could see some bounty that is in Fiat price but the truth is they would just pay you with their token ,
And for me I think it isn't really good because most of the time new alt-coin would end up low price when it hits the market so the price that they put in their bounty thread isn't really going to happen.

I did not hear companies pay bounties in etherium, neo or fiat, only know about payouts in bitcoin!
actually i did'nt get benefit from Bounty's maybe i didn't know how to get that well
NEO and ETH are both great platform. But for a more stable and sure way you want to get fiat currency. But if you want to gain at your own risk! Do your research and execute a plan 
We are all used to getting a bounty award in tokens and quickly changing them on the air. But recently it's better to go straight to the Fiat.
The fact that there is some options for all kind of payment is an encouragement to participate in bounty. I think your prefer method of payment will be your motivation for joining any bounty of your choice.
Any of the ones I've seen for btc pay like $5 per week, better to take the risk with regular bounties.

I don't believe that we will ever be paid in a proper coin. It's to easy to stuff hunters with shitcoins in trade for our time. However look at what has happens. The poor and uneducated have come in and pushed out the more educated as the educated realize their time is worth more than nothing. This leads to shit posts and crappy promotion. Hopefully it cycles back to quality eventually.

ICOs bounties that pay in BTC or ETH are very rare in the space. But there are select bounties that pay in BTC/ETH, but most times they are limited to only signature bounties and for select ranks [mostly from Full Member and above]
You can try different platforms like bountyhive or bounty0x, also this same forum can be a good source of information, but it is very difficult for a campaign to make a bounty like this, because it would mean taking money out of their pocket to pay the bounties, which they do not prefer, remember that many times the tokens are already pre-mined, so they pay you with that hoping they have some value in the future.
I would like to see the option of both, this would have the benefit of the token being less dumped by bounty hunters, and encouraging more to promote the coin thereby increasing the likelihood of success. Fiat is not possible as it would attract the taxman, but if it's preferred then it should be offered as well
I don't see why a project would offer any other coin other than their own. Using their own coin is zero risk for them. There are also bounty hunters trampling themselves to work for pennies. Why on gods earth would the pay you in a already valuable currency? It would be a bad business decision.

those team running a campaign doesn't just go hire someone and pay them ETH from the funds they got. they'd rather pay the tokens they are selling for their investors so that they can easily buy the tokens dumped by bounty participants.
if a bounty pays BTC adn their tokens as sometimes they do, you'd be lucky to actually find one.
Paying bounty hunters in any of the coin have mentioned above have it own advantages and disadvantages. The advantage is to avoid price depreciation due bounty hunters dumping. Paying bounty hunters in the ico coin will allow wider circulation thereby creating an active market.

when they run a bounty they are trying to reduce their costs as much as possible. that means they stick to lower value coins such as ethereum and many of them are getting wiser now and they stick to their own token. because they already have the token built up and premined so they can pay you with something worthless and force you to sell it and take real money out.
