I think investing in existing and working bounty hunter projects is a better idea. I didn't see a team behind the project in OP, any details? No good team with blockchain experience = 0 funds raised...

3. Another 150 tokens were generated in the referral program (50% of the earnings of the performer);
4. The person who personally invited the artist receives 50% of this amount under the new system, that is 75 tokens (from 150);

Sorry, I usually spare some time to read the whitepaper before asking around . . . . that's if the project interesting enough to be considered. While for this project, I found it interesting in a umm... different way. In short, I don't really interested to read sentences after sentences of your whitepaper before knowing this: your service is basically a market for bounty hunter and ICO developers, right? As 4 me, the tokens price at 1$ or 10$ or 0.1$ is reasonable. Because in the end of ICO ALL NOT SALE TOKENS WILL BE “Burned”. And all investors receive that amount of tokens which they bought, but the price 4 it will increase proportional.
