Yeah, been bitten by those once. Kinda soured me with new coins that I've stopped looking at them. It's basically a risk, whether they'll pay up or not and even if they do, by the time you are allowed to sell you could be left with crap for all your time and effort.


My first thought as well. Those criminals are getting out of hand. They just "elected" a pimp in I believe Portland, as some sort of "street peace czar".

Thought I was going to read a thread about how there's something wrong with the bounty system in America and how normal Americans have tasked themselves with taking down criminals, but damn that was not what this was about a tall.

Just to chat about it, I think I've participated in one bounty while I was on here. Typically for these bounties you're paid in the coin that you're handling the bounty stuff for. It sounds great at the time and the price is high, but by the point that it's time to get paid for the time that you put in the coin has already crashed in price b/c there is no usecase/volume and people are just dumping it for BTC.

Bounty hunting is a vicious cycle of shit, bud.

So long as the shitmongers keep cranking out shit tokens, there will be bounty hunter shithawks circling the sky, trying to wet their shitbeaks.

Only you have the power to break the shit cycle, bud.

I was bounty hunting for some months and then I stopped.
The rewards were very low, only if you was kind of lucky to hit a project with good marketing you were able to get some money out of that.
It is not just that the project is good on terms of technology and protocols, but they had to have a strong marketing plan in order to acquire visibility and exposure to more people.

If im posting this is the wrong section, put it where it should be or let me know, i don't really care, i try my best in every situation i have some off topic shit to discuss with my fellow bounty hunters, i don't care where you're from or how you get paid/ how much you get paid, let's talk about human decency for a second.

when i start a bounty, FIRST OF ALL, i read up on the ann. Just to make sure I'm actually interested in the project and i fact check, spell check, google search to search for any similarities.
Problem, im starting to see most bounty hunters aren't doing that, you fail because you're so fucking broke you see a chance to make a quick buck and you waste hour upon hour just begging, instead of doing just a bit of research and in that way, we weed out all the garbage and scammers, you allow these sub par bounties to catch wind and take flight into the shit winds and people like me are sick of it, im tired of seeing these careless people, it's just pathetic.

if you feel the same as me, at least slightly, i don't encourage you to make a post like me or get angry, no just simply do a little research and when you see a possible scam report it from the start, bounty managers should be carefully watched, instead of just being left to do as they like, you end up making everyone suffer with your carelessness also, but no worries, i don't believe in karma just sweet sweet retribution...

oh and fuck you moderators who dont do shit.
