Meanwhile, we are looking for enthusiastic community managers, the only requirement is to speak at least two languages (English + another language). AboutKolin born as an acronym of "Konscienco Lingvo" which in Esperanto means "Conscious Language" making reference to the universality of language and to the need of consciousness within the technical language.
Our missionKolin was created for becoming a bridge between different cultures, languages and also to ease the access to education. This goal will be achieved by the creation of the KOLIN's platform which will use the blockchain to receive payment for the services and goods within projects or even crowdfunding performed.
This currency comes to solve the necessity of an universal language. Although English is the agreed universal language, there are just 360 million-odd native English speakers. Chinese and Spanish, on the other hand, are the most spoken languages on the world having 1.2 billion and 400 million native speakers respectively. This language barrier limits the access to education and business opportunity to many people around the globe. Therefore, a total of 8bn tokens were created making reference to 1 coin per current inhabitant.
The platform will become a centre of translation and information exchange which will allow any user from any part of the world to translate documents/webs/etc to different languages by using the Kolin currency for paying via the blockchain to specialised translators, shortening the language barriers within an user-friendly environment.
Furthermore, the platform will contain a social branch that will allow to any person to register in order to help with the translation of information from a technical to a more generic language, allowing common users to have access to technical knowledge in a more understandable format. Volunteers working on the Kolin's social branch will be also rewarded with the Kolin asset for their work. Therefore, Kolin will become the leader cryptocurrency with peer-to-peer integrated payment that will allow people from different nationalities and education levels to interact, share knowledge and make business without an actual language barrier.
KOLIN's platform will start with the three principal languages (Chinese, Spanish and English) and will be expanded to include Hindi, Arabic, Portuguese, Russian, French, German and Japanese.
