Are you saying merit share as a proof of alternative account? This isn’t a proof although they may be alt. Have you checked the article and their quality? I don't know how good quality they are but still, manager can say this is good and this is bad. You don’t have any solid proof, so no, you can't accuse him or take any action.
Are you a article participants also ? because i see no Good proof in your claims but only as competitor .

Also, your proofs do not prove much. User Schnizel22 participated in this article bounty program, posting his article on several different blogs. I did not see in bounty thread any rules is it allowed to post the same
