If you didn't know for bounties the job of manager is just to check the posts and give stakes to the users accordingly all payments are made directly to the user from the company , so therefore no escrow is needed
Well obviously not. I will report his posts and you should too, it's not allowed to copy paste the same shit in different threads all the time since it's considered spamming and he should be banned for it.
Yeah even i have reported his posts he is surely going to get banned , i hope there is a solution for this there is so much spam going on in bumping ico threads banning accounts isn't the perfect solution in long run
