In as much as I appreciate your sincerity but I think you should be taking a more aggressive approach if you have positioned yourself to be ready for it. Although, I am yet to see that because as a prospective bounty manager, if you are not limiting your options to local boards, then your command of English should be solid which is not convincing enough based on what you wrote.

When you have settled that, take initiative rather than asking, create ANN Thread, move on to assisting with bounty calculations, spreadsheet update, tweets counting, focus on projects coming out fresh, sell yourself to developers and be dedicated to it. Put all of this together, you might get the chance to your dream contribution to the forum.

It is a great desire of course, but I truly believe that desire is not enough. First of all you have to be a trustworthy member of the forum and have a lot of experience and knowledge. You need the knowledge of how to work with Google tables, Twitter, Facebook and this forum. You also should be honest, meticulous, patient and responsible. Moreover, it is quite rare that a person with a law rank becomes a bounty manager. Firstly, you should achieve higher forum rank and probably then you’ll have some luck.

To be a bounty manager you should have good rank on the forum (e.g. senior member/Hero/Legendary). When I look into bounty thread first I look at is rank of bounty admin.Not a lot of people will join bounty leaded by junior copper member.

I was also thinking about this because I would like to be bounty manager. But I can imagine that this is a very hard work where you can not allow mistakes and concentration to be at the highest level. We all would like to be a bounty manager, but in reality, rarely of us could do it well.

Being a respected member of the community is a must, as well as being a good rank(I'd say sr. member or higher). Still there are many people that want to become bounty managers and even if you are a high rank projects might want to hire already experienced people that already managed multiple successful campaigns in the past.

You will need to rank up first before people will trust you! most of the successful manager are full members to legendary accounts because people doesnt want to trust lower rank managers here because most of the time these scam projects are coming from the lower rank managers i am talking about the newbie to member rank.Manager normally are posting threads so yes you can design the bounty thread or the ANN,but you can find someone who can do that and it doesnt matter,you can hire signature designers in exchange to some stakes in your campaign.

I don't think it will be easy to become a bounty manager in this forum. A lot of people on this forum want to become a manager for some campaigns, but it required a lot of work, and you should be involved more in the forum and have a good idea about managing bounty, it's not easy at all. As I see, you should first increase your rank, because rarely I see a low rank member manage a bounty campaign or something like that.

2: It is called BBcode, there are separate people in this forum who can create a signature for ICO or any kind of project upon your wish.

Second you have to correctly write the tasks
Third please count stakes correctly

And use automatic script for social stakes count

I think first and foremost he should have to be a trustworthy member here and does required such positive ratings of his trust but most of the bounty managers are just part of their team already. It is rare to find someone from a non-member to become a manager with such low rank because most of the time i saw some high trust-ratings and a high rank level manager and most of them are handling more on the signature campaigns rather than bounty campaigns.
