Today, @CoinrizonKev messaged me in telegram and explained to me about the recent delays. It seemed like the whole delay was coming on from the JOOS team and not them. They already had sent them the sheet but the team went on delaying the payment week after week. This made the Coinrizon team to ask for the tokens from the team and right now they are processing them manually.

No, it's not about the project owner.

@CoinrizonKev,  CEO https://coinrizon.com/   -   PERSONALISED ICO MARKETING.
based on his message, the marketing campaign received tokens for distribution from campaign owners  https://prnt.sc/nqudrh

I stand corrected thank you for clearing things out.  So it was not about the project owner but the one who conducted the bounty that is holding the funds for the bounty participants, I think we need to wait for Avirune since he offer to contact Decoded regarding this matter.

I already Pm'ed him lwtting him know about the accusation. At this point whoever is doing/responsible for sending bounty payments is the one who should be negged if this situation doesn't gets handled correctly.

I guess I also had Decoded on my other chat apps. Will check and ping if I find his Id

I think that the bounty manager knows about the current situation because he himself is the technical director of the coinrizon campaign  https://coinrizon.com/team

More likely he is aware about the situation.  But I hope this case will be resolved by distributing the bounty.

Bounty managers want to improve their financial condition at the expense of bounty hunters?

Bounty managers job depends on what is required by the project. If they were asked to only manage the spreadsheet, then that's what they should do. It will be a different situation if they were tasked with delivering the payments too, which in this case seems to be not the case. I'm not sure what's the agreement between the manager and the project, but it seems the former is the case, based on his disclaimer here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.48699227 (not sure when this is added though).

There is no way any manager would manage a messy campaign like this if they know beforehand unless they're a scammer themselves.

How about the bounty manager? He has legendary rank and I can't believe this is happened. Have you tried to contact them via telegram? Even he has noting to do with distribution, He should not just manage the spreadsheet then leave participants behind. He must help you and other participants to receive the reward.

Sorry for english (google translate).   New account (hope that they will pay).

22/05 Yesterday I created the same topic.  wrote a personal message to the CEO @ Coinrizon.com @CoinrizonKev and that, strangely enough, the answer immediately followed.  ( and started distributing tokens to the participants ).  several payments.  after deleting my post from the bitcointalk forum, payments stopped. ( if it can be called payments ).  https://etherscan.io/address/0x00dc6ec7d735e34598ecc9d2917ee8d12aa22fad#tokentxns

Total Budget of 40,000,000 JOOS tokens.  of which only 3 campaigns were conducted  (Twitter: 25% - 10,000,000 JOOS  Content: 25% - 10,000,000 JOOS  Telegram: 10% - 4,000,000 JOOS).

Spreadsheet - https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1sPIaQGasHBROU9Vfe4LHCF6e1RzJUh6D5P8Y8bG7dC4/edit#gid=418409683

the message that was published yesterday, then deleted.

21/05  Hello. I am a member of the bounty campaign JOOS. The campaign was over 11/02/2019. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.49686701 A bounty campaign was conducted by the Coinrizon.com campaign.
Next comes a couple of months of silence. Last post by bounty manager April 05, 2019 https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.50464694  Then silence again.
There are no answers to the questions about the distribution in the bounty chat. https://t.me/coinrizon

The following is a response from the CEO @Coinrizon.com @CoinrizonKev in the main telegram chat: 24/04 http://prntscr.com/nqu39k

After 2 weeks, the message from @CoinrizonKev again in the main telegram chat that the distribution began 06/05: http://prntscr.com/nqu6yq
there is no payment. message 08/05 that payments are currently being made: http://prntscr.com/nqu8up  there is no payment.
the next message from 15/05: http://prntscr.com/nquc0z  there is no payment.

further @CoinrizonKev confirms that the tokens for payment were received. 15/05: http://prntscr.com/nqudrh
message 16/05 about what they pay right now. http://prntscr.com/nqufbm  there is no payment.

the next message 16/05: http://prntscr.com/nqug4s there is no payment.

The telegram channel administrator wrote a message that the payments were made to the participants of the bounty campaign and the hunters sell their tokens as there was a sharp price drop. After the message of one of the campaign participants that the tokens were not received, the message was deleted.

Then silence comes again. Messages with questions about awards are deleted, members are blocked. PM do not respond.

If the campaign is not a lot of participants it turns out you do not have to pay?
Bounty managers want to improve their financial condition at the expense of bounty hunters?

I am sorry to hear about this situation, many bounties have the same problem and I have dealed with this also. But I have found Yanu.ai bounty that is very legit and no scam. Plus the project is very strong

At least they are starting to pay. Some even don't care. I am not taking their side but I think its best to wait and see. I will ask Decoded about the status of this.

As I understand the project owner keeps on saying that they are paying participants but actually there is no payment done.  I also check the participants  address in random but there is no JOOS payment sent to their address.  It seems the management keeps on lying about sending payment and deleted anyone who confirm that there is no payment done.  I think this should be raised on the scam accusation board.

With regards to bounty manager, I believe he had done his task of managing the bounty and calculating stakes and don't have anything to do with the distribution.  They are like you, they are just hired to a specific task and they have no power with regards to token distribution .  It is also possible that this bounty manager is not yet paid too.

IMO it should have been professionally handled by making a proper announcement about reason for delay instead of deleting posts.

It should be but I believe these people are trying to scam the bounty participants.  I have seen several tactics like this and most of them stand firm on not paying.

No, it's not about the project owner.

@CoinrizonKev,  CEO https://coinrizon.com/   -   PERSONALISED ICO MARKETING.

But, repeatedly asked about the bounty pool, there were no answers. Also the number of tokens in the table is not specified.
Based on the theme's bounty, the pool for Twitter, Content, Telegram campaigns is 24000000 tokens.
Look at these amounts that have been sent to several participants.

as soon as I indicated @CoinrizonKev that I had created a topic with the message that is written above, he began to pay (if it can be called payments).
After deleting the message, payment has stopped.
