Some new alt-currency that has 1 minute blocks, scrypt mining and only 10 million coins (about half of Bitcoin) and it'll take 10 years to mine them all. Some people here were upset that the first 3 days of Mincoin had higher return rates to encourage early adopters. But as we can see there is a great pool mining it already and an exchange about to be released so it seems to have worked.

it's not a premine if they released it same time the chain started. I was mining about 15 minutes after it was released (someone told me on freenode IRC) and got about 10000 MNC. A premine is when they are mining before they release it.

It's a bit like saying if you found out about Bitcoin today that it's already been premined 11 million coins. If you're not quick to the party everything can seem like a premine. At this stage though Mincoins aren't worth much because no exchange is trading them. But if you have any I'll buy some for Bitcoins. Someone PMd me saying there is going to be an exchange soon.

At the moment I have about 5 projects all running at the same time and I just do not have the time to do this part of the BBQcoin project.

I am offering a 10,000 bounty for the first person who can compile a working MNC Windows GUI Client using the files provided here.
