Everyday, for everyone who can bring more than 150 ETH by that day, if he is the one bringing the most ETH, he will get 1 BTC, but if someone exceeded 250 ETH, and he is still the one bringing the highest contribution, he will get 2 BTC.

Why do you need to offer referral commission for ICO investment, its starting to look like a hyip in disguise of an ICO.
Lots of renowned ICO have done this in the past. This is nothing new, after all this is a presale not an ICO. We invest a lot of money into advertisement, if a community member can bring in better quality traffic then we don't see how that harms anyone for us to reward that person. This is to give everyone an equal chance. Seems like you haven't even read our fund distribution page in our whitepaper. There is a fixed amount of cash reserved for community bounties.
