It is absolutely unfair, I agree with you. Given the fact that all tokens are divided between participants and we lose our deserved share because of some dishonest people. It is really very offensively!
We should have a bounty police like you so that these cheaters wont have a chance to get those stakes from legit people.Doesnt matter who or which campaign it is but we need to understand that these cheaters are always here.We need to remove these people from the bounties so that there will be an equality to stakes.
I think the reason some of those campaign articles/blogs and video always get approval is because those bounty managers are not from russia so most time they approve within understanding the writeup or video content.

That's a serious problem - I saw numerous complaints when people post some creative activity of other person as their own as well - that's a problem too. Good luck to you, guys!

This is a good Thread, for me as a Bounty hunter I personally found too many cheaters in any kind of bounty campaign, I hope all bounty manager will be strict and only select the most qualified candidates.

Good job my man. This issue you raised is current and it is so bad that real hunters that are working are the losers now. Take for instance what happened to my colleague, He submitted a blog with his username, profile link, and his wallet address, then another hunter went and upload same blog with his username, profile link and his own wallet address. No body found it out. The managers need to be more meticulous in their work.
Unfortunately, this is a very common problem in our business. Many times we have faced such a thing, and we hope that our activity will help prevent such careless attitude to work on the part of bounty managers.

Good job. At least some concern individual have come out to make things clearer and just. There are violators as you said, Perhaps they should be controlled so as to give the opportunity to the most deserving person. Others have applied on this yet have been junked, just to accept this not so deserving individual. We know how hard life is but at least they should be doing the best to help ICOs progress and not ending up ridiculous as said.

There have been many instances where bounty is not managed properly and candidates who are indulged in frauds and do not deserve stakes end up getting free tokens. Its a great idea that you have got there, but the problem is that most bounty managers are moving away from spread sheets these days and opening their own websites where bounty hunters cannot keep a tab on the work other members are doing, which makes it impossible to know if the stakes or tokens being distributed at end of bounty are being done truthfully or not.
That is really true, I hate it when a bounty manager doesn't use spreadsheet for stake, because you can't really tell whether the distribution of token is really correct or did you have a stake on an specific date. I encounter this, I work really hard for a campaign but I ended up no stake after the ICO. The reason is unknown, I really don't see any weekly update because they keep the stake secret.

This seems to be a very good idea and project. I was once a victim of that and I fully support your idea sir. I hope that bounty managers and even bounty hunters must follow their own rules stated in the bounty. If this will be materialized, fewer and fewer people will be on fraud.
You cannot do something a bout this problem not unless those bounty managers has are linguist who can use a lot of languages,cheaters will always be here and most of the time they are taking advantage to the system's holes,not all the people will understand but im sure they are going to find a way to cheat to get more stakes from these campaigns,it make sense when these managers are going to find someone with the language specific to find those cheaters with these translations.
this is a really good idea to make a POLICE Dept for bounty campaign, since i experience once from bounty that i joined and i don't know if the manager just lazy to check or they just simply want to reduce stake by adding new user at the bounty spreadsheet cause it was at the last counting time and the weird thing is that the link of their profile URL in bitcointalk.org was not found.

I contacted to manager and made a call with them added few comments to video to proove that i am the owner of video and now they deleted scammers from the list.
Bounty managers must focus on these scammers to get quality work.

This is really incredible. I appreciate your effort towards bringing up a body such as this. Apart from taking up issues of incompetencies, i believe even the issues of bounty hunters not being apart at all by some ICOs can as well be attended to and resolved. I really appreciate and take cognisance of the issue of some participants of a project not being paid, while others were paid and you were able to help everyone to be paid.
With this, i believe participating in bounties will more secured and people will have the assurance that after doing a very good job, bounty participants will get the appropriate rewards.

I guess its really boils down as to how the bounty managers manages his campaign. We all know that they have there hands full because most of them handled simultaneous project. So this initiatives of yours will be a good thing for them. I'm not blaming them for handling so many projects, but its part and parcels of it. And they don't have the luxury of time to check each and every one of the participants that's why we need to be vigilant and call it out if we find a lot of irregularities specially translations, good job.
Fantastic job! I am suffering from cheaters for bounties too. Lots of useless video submissions around with a shitty sound and you cannot understand what they are talking about.

I think the Managers confirm some of these unqualified jobs out of stress,so many bounties to attend to,they should seek for assistance to make the marking and proper checking easier for them,in other to avoid mistakes.
Very good thread! I think the manager can't look at every video/articles. And he also won't understand every languages. Only people like you could detect the problems. You should receive some merits.

I believe ICO team would have no time about verifying the content that's why they have assigned a manager. So, it's the campaign manager we should watch on to who completes the job or not and blacklist them for further reference.

Interesting project, I once checked the Dutch translation of the HOQU project, it was absolutely rubbish. I offered to make corrections, and received the same amount of tokens as the original translator.
Guys! Well! Our approach is working! I contacted the manager and after only an hour, the violators were removed! In the future, I think the spreadsheet will be cleaned even more!

Wah, that is good Idea if there are security for bounty program to see if the bounty scam or not or the participant doing something wrong or cheating, so we can get the info if we are doing wrong and we can safely join the bounty without worry if the bounty success or not
