So, it seems that Zulfi125  and ali115112 might be alts of previously banned accounts, and therefore should be banned (haven't check that claim properly yet)

Zulfi125  and ali115112 both belongs to the same person as you have already pointed out.

Here's the unedited post of the OP http://loyce.club/archive/posts/5422/54222586.html
Thanks for providing the unedited posts, that OP changed for for some reason..

So, it seems that Zulfi125  and ali115112 might be alts of previously banned accounts, and therefore should be banned (haven't check that claim properly yet), but i am  not so sure that @pankaj1234 used their video . From what i can see in the spreadsheet  link  provided by OP, @pankaj1234 allegedly used this IQ address

Problem with this is that it doesn't match the address used in proof of registration post and not even the account name.
- Campaigns applied for: Facebook, Telegram, YouTube
- IQ Wallet address: QUTL9NDLhdDRZSiUhegnfqejjSxgho7qe5

Pankaj1234 indeed joined YouTube campaign, but in comment /like part of the campaign not video creation, as it can be seen from that spreadsheet, where he used same address as in proof of authentication post.

Same address is used  for Telegram  and Facebook part of the campaign (this is telegram ss)

As we've seen before, it is not unusual that bounty scammers use other members info and work, trying to fool  less experienced/lazy bounty managers. This might be the case here as well.

This person is claiming youtube bounty, I think he is Scammer. The claimed youtube video is belonged to a youtuber Named Zulifqar ali who have already doing work on bounties with its own Two BTT accounts.

Disputed Work claimed proof:
Wrong claimed video spreadsheet link: Row No.4
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Jp-vk6plVaD2HdaCfbdjrmO7e2ja_DrsuU80lh8H6lE/edit#gid=171306739

The Orignal owner of youtube channel is running these following two bitcointalk accounts:

Zulfi125
https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/zulfi125-1093458

ali115112
https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/ali115112-2403695

His already submitted work Proof with its own BTT accounts:

Row No.7
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1sZ_1qGPNTgh3m56Q2rKUWSeIEajyFJvAOWcIHHGgWSY/edit#gid=477861713

2nd project proof
Row No. 2
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1L2WQywTJ54E_Uz6Ry43wKqOAvDxCtfyXB7mvxn4hQ9s/edit#gid=858606775

These 3 claimed youtube account is same  :  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gxJaehUF1lE&t=7s

MY point is Either these accounts are handling by the one person or the reported user (pankaj1234) is scamming.

============================================================================

If these accounts are handling by the one person then he is Cheating with the multiple accounts in the same bounty

Proof i s here:

in both account posted the last post is Proof Of Authentication in same bounty.

Here is both link of POA:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.54222308

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.54218787

they are bounty cheaters

the accounts 3 accounts in question are connected through youtube. the 2 accounts joined the same bounty campaign and submitted different videos with the same youtube account. and since ali115112 is connected to Zulfi125 (according to this Known Alts of any-one - A User Generated List Mk III (2020 Q1))  and some of the accounts connected to Zulfi125 are banned that means these 3 accounts broke the rule of ban evasion.

This person is claiming youtube bounty, I think he is Scammer.
You should provide more proof regarding this claim, just linking the profile of the accused and saying that he is YouTube bounty scammer or whatever is not enough.
What I can understand from previous posts (correct me if I'm wrong), you claim that @pankaj1234 used someone else's YouTube videos and presented them as their own in the bounty campaign?
Btw, did you edit your post and removed some previously shared info?

You are correct he definitely edited his post and removed alsmost everything, OP removed his very long post about this guy^  stealing  youtube videos from two other accounts. I wonder why he removed his post since the evidence was really convincing to begin with and also can prove someonne of the two or even three is plagiarizing someone else's work. I guessed he removed it by now since he is incriminating the two "controlled" accounts being alts of each other.

Yeah,,, agree with you. I don't think its a proper way to make scam accusation against someone. OP i wanna suggest you that please try to provide genuine evidences (screenshots, transaction details, videos or reliable sources) before calling anyone scammer otherwise your scam accusation will be useless. Its quite hard to decide wheather this guy is a scammer or not. You have just mentioned that "this guy is claiming YouTube bounty and you think he is a scammer". I am seeing complete lack of evidence here and hope you will update your topic with proper evidences and descriptions (if you have)

MY point is Either these accounts are handling by the one person or the reported user (pankaj1234) is scamming.

I think plagiarizing is the right word for these. My point of view about this one since a lot of accounts are involved is maybe there is a possibility that neither of the three accounts own that Youtube channel. From what I see these Youtube channel specializes in a lot of things crypto related aside from reviewing cryptocurrencies they also have tutorials on earning crypto in various social media websites. It seems like a lot of users here are just grabbing this videos from this Youtube channel to take it on their own. This can easily be solved if either one of these linked people can provide a screenshot over their Youtube Channel Page where they are clearly logged in, until then the best way to handle this is I think for a DT member to tag all of them until someone provides a screenshot.
That's corrected. Either it's a plagiarism case or none of them owns the mentioned youtube channel so there is no proved way to prove the connection between those accounts. It will be more appropriate if the connection can be proved by more evidences.
In my opinion, Of course all the mentioned accounts deserve a neutral feedback until proven who owns the channel
I find it funny that op is already tagged for bounty abuse. Nice to see him working on catching abusers.  Smiley
