I'm interested in helping out on this a bit.
I'm not interested in the bounty I'm more interested in learning about how OT works and to learn more about web application development as a native developer.
Please let me know how I can  help. Any pointers that can be given on how OT implementation work would be great.

Great! If you head over to #opentransactions on irc.freenode.net we can you help out.

Hello everyone!

I think Open Transactions is really cool, but right now—as many will attest to—it is difficult to understand. This makes it hard for people to see the real vision, what OT can actually do, and its true implications! I think the main reason for this is that there isn't anything simple and fun that people can get their hands on—like a web interface or a smartphone app.

So after many moons of waiting and wishing for someone more qualified than I to build these things I decided to build one of them myself, and since I have no experience building smartphone apps I began work on a web interface. My vision for the web interface, which I've dubbed OTWEB, is something like Blockchain.info is to Bitcoin, but OT style. A place where people can easily create an account, then do a bunch of different things like trade Bitcoin backed assets instantly and off-blockchain, issue and trade their own assets, bail in and out of Bitcoin/OT assets, play with real Chaumian cash, etc, etc.

Here are some screenshots of what I have so far:

My project is on Github at https://github.com/stretch/otweb, but you can tear it up, completely redesign it, or do whatever you want with it. This project was started with the hopes of attracting more talented and experienced developers, because what takes me 3 days to do takes a real developer 3 minutes! So for that reason I'm not attached to it, I'm not looking to start a company and profit, I just want to see this web interface happen.

That being said, I think this web interface development has to happen in phases, with each phase being easy to add once the previous is done, and I'm offering a 20 btc bounty (and counting) to anyone, or any group of people, that can complete the first phase and get the ball rolling on this.

To collect the 20 btc bounty I'd like to see an open source web interface that allows users to do the following things:

Securely create accounts.
The ability to import asset and server contracts.
The ability to send transfers and cheques, and receive transfers and cheques, and see account balances.
The ability to see cash purse balances, and to withdraw/deposit cash.

Bounty here: http://goo.gl/x1Qf8
If anyone else would like to contribute, and trusts me (you can!), they can send BTC to 1WACCXYWBSV9SffHuFwRKcYFohCLoQb2L

We can discuss further here, or in #opentransactions on irc.freenode.net where you can get plenty of enthusiastic support from the other developers.

Cheers!

Stretch
