I don't think just not mentioning the links on the top of the bounty thread would make it a scam. Although they have posted the links to there social media channels in instructions of specific social media bounty.
Bounty is most likely scammered not transparent, closed, not showing, application: [WEBSITE] [WHITEPAPER] [ANN THREAD]. dishonest.
Be aware of this kind of bounty.
