The difference of Bounty and airdrops Bounty you need to promote their project for almost 4-5 months and after that you can get free token from them and also you can join in what they called signature campaign but before joining you need first to have a higher rank at least Jr.Member and for airdrops the only thing you need is to fill up their form and wait for the couple of days to get your free token from them if the airdrops are scam you did't get any token from them and also from bounty

There are more different between bounty Vs airdrop.Basically bounty is long process & you have to hardworking randomly with more bounty & when ico will be finished than after one or two months distribution will be start. On the other airdrop is just free token you received by sign up one time.

Since airdrop is easier to organize, there are more scams than in bounty. Airdrop does not require a lot of time, bounty are requires action almost every day for 1-3 months on average, and sometimes more. Remuneration for airdrop generally small, in contrast to the bounty. Execution of bounty campaigns gives more opportunities: reposts, translations, writing articles and creating videos, etc.

The purpose of bounty campaign is that the developer is hiring bounty hunters to do some task to promote their crypto currency events. Unlike airdrops the pay out is minimal and the sole purpose sometimes is just to acquire some members on their social media groups and telegram.

AIRDROPS
you only need minutes to be avaible to finish the work and then wait for it to your wallet (for the price)
please use different wallet for this and if they require you to download wallet, be careful it might have virus.
if htey required KYC or sending any amount on their wallet, just keep out from it.

BOUNTY
this will take your time and works to do from weeks to months.
this is worth more than airdrops.

I always do not like joining the airdrop. The reward from the airdrop is very small compared to the bounty. The work involved in bounty is more complex and diverse than airdrop. You will receive a reward worthy of your work when participating in the bounty. And the important part is that airdrop is mostly scam.

Bounty programs are larger than airdrop and bounty work is also more difficult. The bounty program has a very high bonus compared to airdrop and bounty is more reliable than airdrop.

Airdrop is part of bounty and bounty is never been a part of airdrop. Airdrop might be a form of a telegram capper. Like making people join so that their "community is growing Wink." Or, singing up in their sheet and earn money instantly. Bounty is more of a hard thing to settle. And many different opportunities in making money.

hello mate, good day to you. bounty is a job in crypto world that you must advertise a certain ICO project to attract more investors to invest. airdrop is a form of sharing tokens to the community for free, all you need to do is to fill up the form with your information that they needed. that's the difference between airdrops and bounty campaigns.

The bounties are much like an job, but with way more flexibility, basically you complete some tasks in order to promote a project in social media, like twitter, reddit, and even on this forum, and get paid with tokens from the project.
Airdrops, on the other hand, are basically the distribution of tokens, you signed up to some websites, normally, and you get the tokens directly to your crypto wallet, after some time.

according to my understanding the difference bounty and Airdrop is:

Bounty is one of the marketing strategies to provide as much market penetration as possible so people get to know the companies that offer the products and interact with their services.

AirDrop is a kind of giveaway that is used as a promotional tool, AirDrop participants are usually required to perform certain tasks as a condition to obtain a number of Cryptocurrency tokens.

Airdrop is when the coins/tokens are giving away almost free (you may need to sign up to the email list, follow in twitter etc) and bounty is when you need to do some work in order to earn the coins/tokens. Almost like PoW. Some projects do airdrops instead of ICO's for fairly distribute the coins and avoid the hassle of ICO.

Airdrops allows you to earn a small amount of coins and it's created like Bounty to attract investors. Bounty is different because it is designed for a long-term advertising company and allows you to get significantly more rewards.

I advise you not to even think about airdrops as a way of earning money in the crypt. now there are no coins that could so much rise in price as for example the Ethereum, you will not earn money in drops.

It seems to me that Airdrops are needed to gather a lot of people in groups of telegrams and followers on Facebook and Twitter! When investors evaluate a project, look at the popularity and invest more if there are many followers! This is not entirely fair to investors!

Airdrops are easier than bounty programs but rewards are lower. Bounties allow you to earn much more tokens.

the first time I joined in this forum and when I bumped into a Jr. Member account I had joined almost every Airdrops that is available in this forum last year but I ended up getting less handful of free coins and my wallet became the collector of shit coins that's why this year I didn't joined any Airdrops and I am only focusing on Bounty Campaigns because 99% of my crypto assets were came from Bounty Campaigns since last year.

Hello, I will gladly answer your question, see the difference in the company's bounty and the free distribution of tokens is that you can get a profit for the bounty company, and so it takes a lot of action

Bounty Campaigns are far way better than Airdrops because Bounty Campaigns are paying higher rewards especially when you are higher ranked in this forum like Senior and higher Members.
Most of the Bounty Participants in this forum are earning $1,000 a month or more especially those who have more alternate accounts with higher ranks as well.
Airdrops aren't paying that much that's why there are less now who participated on Airdrops due to most of them aren't paying free coins and some of  them are actually scams and bogus dev groups.

For me one of the biggest difference on Airdrops and Bounty Campaigns is an Airdrops don't pay free coins to their pariticipants although some of bounty campaigns do but Airdrops are worst because most of the time their coins will have no value even after a year since you received it.
It's very simple to participate Airdrops but most of the time your wallet will be full of shit coins than getting new altcoins through bounty campaigns.

IMO, the difference between the bounty and the airdrop is basically that to get the token of the airdrop you just need to enter the address of the ETH wallet that is obtainable. Also with the bounty, you need to work on that project. For a period of time, usually at least a week or until the end of the token sale, you can receive the Token. With the bounty, you can participate in many forms such as signature, social, translate, content and referrals campaigns, the amount of Token received from Bounty is always higher than Airdrop.

bounty is a campaign which you have to do a little work for the project. and they will pay you based on the work you did for the campaign.
airdrop is also some kind of campaign but they distribute their token for free, you just have to become part of their community, something like that.

It seems to me that participation in the bounties is more worthwhile than participation in airdrops. First in airdrop  you get much less tokens than you can get for the bounty tasks, and secondly not all airdrop tokens reach your wallet, some projects just don't send.  Or you will be asked pass kyc for airdrop - for tokens worth $1

Airdrop is a method of distribution of tokens to a wide range of participants and mostly newly introduced tokens; this is a medium to get together a wide range of community ahead of presale and ico
Similarly you get tokens are rewards for filling an airdrop form

Bounties are different
You get to sign up to bounites and advertise share and broadcast an initial coin offering event for a particular token to aid their sale

And you get paid for that

Bounty campaign is a promotional tool for ICO developers, because with bounty they can promote their projects easily and cheaply, we can follow the bounty that they held by promoting their project.

Airdrop is a means to multiply the token holder community, as it becomes one of the key successes of the ICO program
you correctly explained the activities of this or that instrument. But in terms of its quality relative to earnings, it is the Bounty Company that is the best income, whose airdrops.

in my understanding an airdrop is a way of distribution, it gives everyone an equal share based usually on their ranking on this forum here. whereas a bounty is more of a marketing move made by the development and management of the coin/token, and usually after the ICO. in my opinion bounty programs don't return much profit.

So basically an airdrop takes place when a project offers free coin to every user that register on their website and complete some easy task like following their channels on social media. That's everything you have to do and after that you simply wait to receive your free coins to your wallet.

A bounty is also created by a project but if you want to register this one you need to have a bitcointalk account with quality posts. The reward from the bounty depends on your rank. For bounties you have to make quality posts every week so it does require some work and time to be put in.

The main difference is that in an airdrop you get the coins without doing anything you get them for free and without doing any effort, a bounty is a way to promote a coin in which you perform some job and you get tokens in return, the confusion comes from the fact that in both methods you get tokens at the end, which one is better will depend on your preferences and the amount of time that you have available to get those tokens.

Both provide us free tokens that is worth holding and has a potential to be profitable in the future. As for me, airdrops nowadays ask for too much tasks but not all of them are paying. Bounties could also provide us profitable tokens as we follow the given tasks by the project.

Whereas bounty is more effective, in which you have  to work for earning tokens.
Bounty takes a lot of time to get tokens. But Airdrop is very easy and fast. You just need to register and you will rub your coins. Each campaign has its own pros and cons.

It's very simple - for participation in a drop you are almost immediately dropped coins or tokens, and in the bounty there usually is more reward, but you need to perform some tasks.
A bounty is the one in which you render your services and you get the compensation in form of the coins or tokens that you are working for.
An air drop is offerred by an organisation to all the users who has registered on the said procedure, it is totally free of cost you don't have to work for it. You will either make a specific wallet address or keep certain amount of the coin as per demand.

In my opinion, bounty and airdrop have in common the purpose of being launched in the community is the form of marketing and advertising products or projects of enterprises, companies, teams ...
The most obvious difference is in goals and rules.
Airdrop usually has easy rules for participants. The goal is to build and spread the information in the community.
Bounty has more difficult rules, which requires effort and attention to the work you receive. Bounty seems broader and more advanced than airdrop.

Airdrops does not get you more coins than bounties because it takes little to no effort when participating in airdrops. And as of now be wary of airdrops that are not legitimate. Because nowadays there are more scams than airdrops that actually pays. So for me its more convenient participating in bounties cause it's more dependable.

It's like faucet nowadays but it's still a free money right?

An airdrop is a method by which cryptocurrency tokens are distributed to people - It started as something that happens to distribute coins during a hardfork event, i.e., when Bitcoin Cash tried to hard fork Bitcoin the Bitcoin Cash dev team issued an amount of coins equal to the current Bitcoin holdings every Bitcoin address owner had, seemingly produced out of "thin air", hence "airdrop". This distribution method has spread to be used by new coin developers who can't generate enough interest in their ICO...so they give their coins away for free.

I want to add that the last time there were projects that refuse to conduct ISO. They distribute their coins completely free of charge, but with certain requirements that are higher than in a conventional airdrop. You may need to pass the KYC. Such airdrops are rare, but they are very profitable.

With airdrop you can obtain free tokens (max 10$ worth usually) only for entering in telegram groups or to follow on twitter ecc.

With bounty you can obtain tokens helping to share awareness of the project like writing an article, made a YouTube video review, constantly tweeting about the project and so on.

The different in bounty and airdrop is, airdrop is freebies, you usually fill a form about your btctalk account, your wallet and else. After that they will send you the tokens. In bounty, you must do something to earn tokens, which is signature campaign, social media campaign like twitter and facebook, make an article and many else.

Hi everyone,

I don't understand diferent bounty vs airdrop. I strolled through the alt coin area and was really overwhelmed, how do I differentiate Bounty and Airdrop? Help me!

Airdrops you just participate and get your free tokens for doing simple tasks, It's useful for new ICO related projects to be known.

But your earnings are low, of course. If you participate in a Bounty, depending on which one you choose, you can earn some good money, but obviously, you are required more effort to get your rewards.

If is it possible, why not do both of them?

I want to share with you guys a good airdrop and bounty that I have just discovered: RAWG.

This is the airdrop site: https://token.rawg.io/airdrop.

It only requires just a few tasks to be done. Very easy and fast.

And the ICO site is this one here: RAWG. It's a video game discovery platform that converts your skills into goods and services.

You can earn tokens by playing your favorite games. The site is already working, with more than 50,000 games in the database and new games are getting added every day. This is the site: https://rawg.io/

They have just started a very rich Bounty program for everyone who is willing to participate:

with a nice referral program that can double your rewards.

Why not give it a try?

Airdrop is making money by just signing in, in some website which requires you to enter your email, password and especially your erc20 wallet. While in bounty, it is a process of making money. The money is based on what you have did before the end of the program.

These are two different tasks one is based on the work for more than 2 months or 3 month time but Airdrop is a very simple job where we can easily complete within minutes. Bounties are just like activity where we have to follow their rules and regulation in order to get paid.

Bounty is simply like working in real life. Your wage or salaries will depend not only on how you work but what your rank is. Newbie and Jr. Members are like first timers, part timers and experience in working. They're given less salaries and less hiring opportunities. Unlike them, Members, Sr. Members, etc. who have higher ranks, are called "The Veterans". They have high hiring opportunities and are paid with larger and bigger salaries. Most or rather all of them are rich and experts. In addition, in bounties, you need to work harder once your application was approved. Expect less when you are slacking off.

Airdrops on the other hand is applying for free giveaways. You need to submit and do anything they required. You need to be in the cut-off or else you will receive nothing. You do not have to pay anything here for it is FREE.

They are both PR tactics for a project. Bounties require more work, however, usually in the form of marketing tasks, translations, reporting bug fixes. While airdrops are when a company distributes tokens/coins for free to the participating community. Typically to qualify for free tokens one must already have coins from the blockchain associated with the project stored in a wallet. You can learn more about airdrops in our short airdrop blog post: http://bit.ly/Airdropping

Bounties in the digital word take their origin from online gaming platforms that offered rewards for participating in their game development. Bounties are essentially incentivized reward mechanisms offered by companies to individuals. What this means is that a company introducing a product or a service offers some rewards to people in exchange for performing certain tasks.  The company gives rewards to a person and the person in return does some simple tasks for the company. It is a veritable means of advertising for many companies.

An airdrop for a cryptocurrency is a procedure of distributing tokens by awarding them to existing holders of a particular blockchain currency, such as Bitcoin or Ethereum.Airdrops can be delivered in a variety of ways, including forks, ICO purchases, and freebies. Sometimes an airdrop will occur if a team behind the blockchain project decides to give away “free” tokens to the cryptocurrency community.

Hi everyone,

I don't understand diferent bounty vs airdrop. I strolled through the alt coin area and was really overwhelmed, how do I differentiate Bounty and Airdrop? Help me!

Thank for all

Bounty is a PR campaign that lasts throughout the ICO. It may even be a few months. To get your reward in tokens you need to participate until the end of the Bounty.
Airdrop is a one-time action. It runs in a few minutes. Just fill in a special form, perform tasks that are written in this form, and then also wait for your tokens. The reward for Airdrop is certainly several times less than for the Bounty.

I don't understand different bounty vs airdrop. For those who already participated in bounty campaigns and airdrops, can someone explain the difference between the two? I,m newbie in this forum and it were just recently that I've read that you can earn tokens by participating in these two activities. How long does a bounty campaign last as well as an airdrop? Can I participate in these two activities at the same time? Any input will be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.

One is just about filling a form which takes less than a minute, the other is a real task that will last for a few weeks.

A Coin or Token always has an Airdrop program before launching the bounty program
You can find Airdrop here a lot
Airdrop: You just need to register it in the form and follow the instructions. It's free
You can find BOUNTY here

Bounty: is a program you have to do every day until the end of the program.
You can do bounty in the following ways
1. Youtube- making videos to promote their projects.
2. Blog- making creative content about the project to promote it.
3. Facebook- Like and Share/post their post in social media to promote them.
4. Twitter- Tweet/Retweeting their post to promote them.
5. Translation- Translating their campaigns to your native language.
6. Signature- Wearing their signature and making their required post to promote them.
Each program will receive% coin respectively
Hope it helps you

That‘s not correct. A coin can have an Airdrop: before, after or even never regardless of an bounty program. There are a lot of coins who don't have an airdrop, or don't have and bounty or have both or nothing.

Also there can even be Airdrops after a coin already hold an ICO.

For the explanations of the two terms HabBears post is perfect.
This is a good question and often new chaps have a tough time understanding the difference.

A bounty is an employment opportunity - You sign up for a bounty campaign to market a new coin or initial coin offering (ICO) event. You participate in the bounty campaign by providing an advertisement linked to a forum post or tweet. At some point you get paid for this work.
