Welcome. You can get 20 test grams and eth two more times (the limit is 60 test grams per one account)

But, If the bot reply you smth like that:
" Sorry. You are making too many requests, please try again later."
or
" Note that this operation may take some time, depending on the current demand for test grams " then you need to wait 60 minutes then delete all messages from bot chat and 'start' it again

one day passed .... the token was never received ...

please note that telegram has >300M users, so it's normal that bot is working slow or down sometime
