I suggest to the OP to follow this thread, Announcing BPIP - The Bitcointalk Public Information Project!, currently locked though.
There is a plan in motion to bring BPIP back up but it might take a while, what with holidays and other distractions.

Any idea when we can use BPIP again?
At this point I'm not sure. 
LoyceV has set his profil message to "BROKEN: I'm moving loyce.club to another server", I guess this can explain your concern.

I want me to ask LoyceV or Vod.
1. Is BPIP being repaired?
2. Does Bpip change the way to access or new system how to enter it.
3. maybe there are certain rules that need to be passed, or maybe something we don't know yet.
4. And how to access it to look like the old BPIP.
