Go to Virwox and exchange your Paypal there, it will save your time.
Virwox have extremely high fees.

Better is looking for high trusted user here on bitcointalk. Don't trust "Newbies" - only users that have long trade history.

Brand new to Bitcoin forum and I am interested in trading.

I was getting my bitcoin from Bitquick.co, but they are down for an undetermined amount of time.

From what I have read Paypal is not the preferred method of payment, what is preferred?  Is there an escrow option? How do I earn trust of others being brand new?

If this is not the proper place to ask these questions I apologize in advance.

Escrow does not help with reversible payment options. Start by contacting established traders here and see what their accepted options are.

Trading discussion is here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=8.0
