Always use caution since with any cd key it can always be reported as stolen and a new key given to him while the old key is invalid.
Not saying that is the case here just use caution

There is Diablo 3 expansion coming out soon. If he is only selling this for 20$ that is a steal. You will have a hard time finding that price at a store.

1. Isn't diablo 3 kinda old now?
2. Will my computer (laptop) be able to run it?  What are the min. requirements?
