This is one of my choice, Toshiba is one of the most trusted brand in the industry and together I am looking more with Dell. But still I have my own HP laptop and it is still usable so as of now, I am just going to keep on using hp and since I don't have any problem would it. I won't spent money just to replace something which is still usable.

Magkano po sir yang laptop mo sir HP ? Kase bibili po ako ng laptop kaya nagtatanong po ako. Logitech binili ko. Yung pinaka mura na combo. I like Logitech mice and keyboards. I got the wireless one na. Add a couple of batteries at yun, maganda na. Monitor ko is Samsung 27 inches. (Dati 19 inches). Pero "dumb" monitor, para mura lang. 1080p resolution (1920 x 1080).

So since meron na rin monitor ang laptop, naka dual display ako. Or extended desktop.

Thanks for this idea Dabs and I find this professional. So when someone is going to surprising visits me to my home and sees I have a set up like this.

Then he would think that I have a very good working station and going to think that I have a very hard job not knowing that I am just making my workstation good looking.

I hope to apply this soon with my lappy.

But I haven't thought about using an external keyboard and monitor.

Will try it if I have extra money!

This is a good one to try even though my laptop specs is not quite good but if you are going to make this one then for sure you are going to be able to be stylish.

You don't have to spend thousands of pesos for this type of style, you can just buy a4tech keyboard for only 300 pesos, a cdr-king mouse.

And for the monitor just use the spare monitor from your old desktop. Grin

Lenovo b470e laptop ko 3gb ram,intel hd lang graphics pero ok sa dota 2 basta low lang settings ok naman sa laro,mag 4 yrs nato walang problema basta ugaliin mo lang mag maintenance kahit isang beses sa isang buwan. Medyo nasisira na yung battery neto kasi ginagamit ko pang gaming din kaya kelangan palaging nakasaksak yung adapter hirap kasi yung ipapa low ko muna yung battery tapos dyan pa isasaksak nakakalimutan ko kaya namamatay.

depende sa gagamit at pag gagamitan kung anong specs dapat mong hanapin, kung puro ka lang naman browsing ay ok na yung mababa na specs pero kung mahilig ka sa games etc ay kailangan mo yung mtataas ng specs

I don't encourage it - you really have to make time for it to buy from a physical store.

When I bought my current laptop from a physical store I even had to go back and have it replaced, because when I got home I discovered that the unit I got was really defective.

So what more if you are buying online, you can encounter even more problems.

That's right so you can have a first look of the item you are willing to buy.
Do not buy in Amazon, you have to pay the big tax and the shipping fee, it is cheaper to buy in a physical store.

I cannot remember the exact specs of my Lenovo, but it's around 32-35k which I am paying monthly.

I think this is i5 - just bought this last year.

They are already phased out and acer is the owner of those e-machines. And for me the most reliable and good brand of laptop is dell and toshiba. They are my first choice if we are going to talk about their durability. But whatever is going to be your brand, it is still going to depend on the user on how he is going to take care of his laptop.

Shempre depende naman sa budget and san mo gagamitin ang laptop.

If gaming with budget, Alienware or Asus ROG. Sobrang pricy nila, but I heard from my friends na meron nito it's worth it daw. Tho, sa laki nila di naman sila portable. Ang laki and ang bigay, 5kilos ata isa nun. Naglaptop ka pa.

If pang word, documents, facebook, videos, email, basta not resource intensive, go for the thin ones ng Asus. Yung Zenbook. Pricy din siya pero tiwala kasi ako sa Asus.

Generally, matibay ang Asus. 2nd Asus laptop ko na kasi. Yung una kong laptop 5 years na bago ko pinalitan at buo pa siya now. Ang problema lang si Battery. Madali masira batt nila pero all other parts never nasira.

Fujitsu gamit ko ngayon, mag-4 years na sya sakin. Para sa 'kin masasabi kong matibay kasi tumagal ng ganun at okay na okay pa din hanggang ngayon. Sa office naman Lenovo yung gamit namin, yung ginagamit ko mag-3 years na, pero may nauna pa sakin na gumamit nun kaya siguro mga 5-6 years na din. Battery lang nagiging problema kasi ginagamit namin ng naka-charge. Since hindi ko pa na-try yung ibang brand, hindi ko sure kung mas matibay ba 'tong mga nagamit ko kesa sa iba. If we talking about here is the brand of laptop that can last at least 6 or 8 years, I recommend Samsung or ASUS to you. They do have great quality and very comfortable and easy to use. My friend have a Samsung Laptop and it's specs is: i5 processor, 4GB DDR3 Memory and 500 GB HDD and he is using it 'till now since he was in the first year college. He graduated 2 years ago from now. Actually the more high the price is the more high the chance how long it can be use. It still depends on how you are going to take care of it.
