Poor investors. I can imagine all their money is now locked up. Short-sighted decision by Brazil and even shorter vision by the company. They should have expected these and prepared cases to defend themselves with.
Too bad for them but good for us. More pieces of the ethereum cake to go around.

Well less competition 
HashBrasil announced a suspension of their activities on March 1 following the threats. Regulators in Brazil have said cryptocurrencies are not a financial asset and direct investment and therefore disallows.
