Thanks for the advice Lucius , I think my phone might be becoming obsolete as far as apple are concerned!!
Contacting BRD support now
Edit - seems to be a fairly common issue over the last few weeks- app will be updated shortly to resolve this issue.

Well obviously there has been a change in your phone or in app, maybe they have some problems on their side also. The best thing you can do is ask their support on Twitter, FB, Reddit, and other social media.

See their FAQ for a start, this is article about syncing problems :

When syncing takes too long or does not complete, try the following steps to correct the issue:

Force close the app and try again;
If you are using mobile data, switch to wifi and vice versa;
Move to a different location in your house or office to get a better signal;
Try again using a different internet connection in a different location
Syncing takes 30 minutes or more and your phone’s screen must remain on the BRD app to ensure syncing completes.

Hi, looking for a bit of advice. Every time I open my BRD wallet on my phone , it immediately starts syncing the  btc blockchain . This has happened for about a week, since updating IOS 13.2.3. I can’t stop the wallet re-syncing !! Is anyone else having this issue? I’ve used BRD for a long while and never had any problems at all. Feeling very frustrated!!!
