I can't get this to work... I dont understand!...

see the post above yours from shorena, it could be either 27.3 µBTC or 27.3 mBTC (most likely it is 27.3 µBTC) which is confusing for newbie sometimes since it is no way the wallet ask the make a payment of 27.3 BTC. You could add a screenshot here so we can all check what is going on with your wallet.

As you are new I will warn you be careful wit people who offer help in PM.  Some scammers look for people who are new like this thread and aske for private key, or seed, and try for a scam.

But take screenshot of message as said in previous message.  I think it is a smaller unit being asked for then amount you mentioned in BTC.

No I dont escrow anymore.
Is it maybe 27.3 µBTC?

that's why prefix in number are bad, they just confuse newbie, it's preferable if they keep the value in satoshi for anything below one btc

I agree, plenty of wallets default to prefixed values due to the high BTC value though. 27.3 µBTC would be 2730 which is the current default dust limit for core.

Why are you making a payment? Just go to Blockchain Wallet and hit "receive". Just put the address it gives you into Breadwallet and tell it how much you want to send to your Blockchain wallet. It Breadwallet shouldn't be telling you an amount at all, unless you put an amount you want to receive in your Blockchain wallet before getting the address.

I am trying to make a "payment" to my block chain wallet from my bread-wallet because I do not see a "transfer" option.
- It says that it needs to be a minimum of 27.3 bitcoins which I definitely do not have... Am I doing something wrong? or do I have to save 27.3 worth of bitcoins to get of breadwallet. Someone help please and thank you!
