If you have a good budget you can boost traffic by advertising on various Bitcoin Ad network.
With the limited budget, you can make a competition at Gleam.io, it is the good way to boost traffic.
Make a dedicated profile for BTCSumo at social networks.
Ask sites you are promoting to publish an article about BTCSumo.
There are really many ways to get traffic...

great site with many source of bitcoin news.
but i think you need to make an up to date with the bitcoin news, are you working alone? you should add staff.
