 Grin

He should have that pinocchio nose for lying about a 3 month erection. I don't believe this would be hard to correct on the spot and in real life if he had ift for 2 days he'd go to the ER and get it fixed. They would be able to release some pressure by simply sticking a needle in it and draining some blood.
If he had it for 3 months he must have wanted it to stay that way. Maybe his boyfriends were happy with the unexpected side effect of his surgery.

other plausible scenarios are that the reason he has body-image issues is due to the fact that any female he has been with never got satisfied and left him. maybe he had erectile issues(never getting it up) and is now trying to say that he finally had an erection as an advert that his penis now works.

Does he look like he's into females? Tongue

What do you think really went on behind the scenes? Is the story being presented as it really unfolded?

...
Metro: "When Neven Ciganovic woke up from getting a nose job, he was more than a little surprised to notice he had an erection. He was even more surprised when that erection didn’t go away for three months, and required three surgeries to get it back to normal."
....
Would anybody really be able to sustain a 3 month long erection?

Priapism is a persistent and often painful erection that lasts for several hours but 3 months is an exaggeration especially it involves an attention-seeking plastic surgery addict - right?
....
A few hours of that is extremely painful, and has consequences, like permanent damage. It's possible that it was intermittently reoccurring of course.

Allow the personality of the individual interfere with a medical diagnosis? Very, very bad idea.

Very tempting in this case, though.

Ah yes clickbaity is probably where the root of this story lay.

He is obviously an attenion-seeker and if he can get some fame then wealth to a degree will follow no doubt so maybe the whole thing opens up to another question: did he ever really have priapism or was it all a hoax to attention-seek in a bid to find fame?

If all we have is his word for it then it all sounds dubious I guess.

but to me the most plausible is that he is just trying to advertise his consultation business saying that surgery should be a thing anyone should try but that he knows all the negative issues so people should come to him for advice..
strangely he has no qualifications and his stories dont match reality so i wouldnt take his advice and definitely wouldnt pay him for his stories/advice

Exactly, how did surgery on his nose make him a priapism victim?

he is blaming anaesthesia. but anaesthesia would happen while he was under. and the doctors would notice it and try to help him. before leaving the hospital

by it happening later where doctors didnt do anything and it taking 3 months before he got it treated suggests something else was going on. and he didnt seek treatment the first night the erection didnt go away

assumption/speculation is that his body image problem may mean he is also injecting testosterone to be more masculine. and obviously body image problems may be linked to depression which some antidepressants cause it

other things like aspirin pain killers used for pain and reduce inflamation are usually the cheap over the counter medication people having surgery use. although its not recommended for such post surgery use as it too can cause the erectile issues

so it could be (seems logical) that he mixed alot of things and it just sparked a persistant erection for 3 months.

..
my other assumption/suggestion is that he never had side effects for that stupidly long time. and is just saying something clickbaity to advertise his business hoping the fame/custom would pay for his habit/hobby(medical bill)

another assumption. maybe faking side effects hoping to sue the hospital and get his surgery costs removed and extra money ontop to pay for future stuff

(yes im cynical/doubtful/wary person)

Didn't they say it was the anaesthetic that created the problem.

Now how many wives will want to buy some of that. It sounds ideal, as it keeps the husband out of the way, and you can have your fun whenever you want it.

HE said. no one else just HIM
and from the looks of his issues he is probably on lots of other things he prescribes himself(over the counter stuff) so its more probable that he had a lasting erection from the COCKtail of stuff he took at home after hospital DISCHARGE

and if anyone has ever tried to pee with an erection.. well they know that the '3month' before seeing a doctor is a wide girthed lie

That's an awkward experience, I can't imagine going through that experience for that long as a man. An erection for more than 2 hours
would be very difficult for most people to endure. This is an eye opening as one complication of using anaesthetic agents.

He could well be using any tool possible to gain maximum publicity while he promotes his career maybe?

after reading a bit of it..
looks like clickbait for him to advertise how he has had bad experience and so is now starting a business to advise people on best surgeries to have..

seems he is just advertising his business as a 'surgery scout'

what the absolute fuck did i just read

honestly what the fuck was that

Never though I'd see something like this on our board. Not complaining or anything, totally an interesting story and does fit within the whole P& SOCIETY side of things, but it is totally interesting to see to the say the least.

I'm going to assume that there was some sort of lawsuit present here, unless in Iran they don't allow medical malpractice lawsuits to go forward.

Found a pretty fitting photo:

@squatz1 I totally agree with you as this is not the kind of thread I wish to see in this section, however didn’t no one else notice that his surgery took place in 2017, and now suddenly he’s decided to cry about it? Furthermore I feel that you all have got it wrong that anaesthesia caused it, because he clearly states that a supplements called L-Arginine is what caused his issues. Lastly a kind request to you’ll such viral news are best left for Reddit, let’s keep these section for politics or society related news only.

Okay, what?! That's awful. Is there a nerve in the nose connected in "that" part for him to have erection for 3 months?! Also, he doesn't look bad on his 'before' photo. I really don't see the need for plastic surgery. But I don't know. Maybe he'd been through something that made him addicted to plastic surgery. Who am I to judge, right?

Don't know how to express that feeling, as you said it will become painful if it lasts for hours and if it is for months then he might be dying in the pain. Roll Eyes

Most of the times plastic surgeries can become failures but how a nose surgery made that place got affected. Shocked

Daily Mail: "A plastic surgery addict was left with a permanent erection after going under the knife for a nose job while starring in a Channel 4 documentary. Croatian stylist Neven Ciganovic, 45, was being filmed by the documentary crew when a reaction to the anaesthetic he was given during surgery triggered the agonising condition. He said: 'I was in Iran for rhinoplasty for the documentary film which is covering my life.'"
