I heard it on Youtube from Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson. Of course you would say she is not to be trusted.
However, similar statements were pronounced in UN Security Council.
I didn't research it, but it's easy to connect the dots: death of 100 of virusologists in an aircraft over Ukraine in 2014, all the recent epidemics "originating suddenly in cattle",
targeted at China and Africa, constant accusations of everyone who "lost legitimacy and has to go" (while being supported by the majority of his country) in using
chemical weapons (Saddam-ibn-Hussein, Mouamar Qaddafi, Bashar-al-Asad, Vladimir Putin), and very long row of other facts.

Also losing substantial tourist income from Muscovites, Peterburgians and Yekaterinburgians.

Several new items of interest:

1) One of the Israeli F16s peeled off the formation, flew back toward Syria's missile batteries which attracted fire, then got right behind the larger airplane.

2)  There was also a civilian airliner near or on final approach as was the IL20.

Obviously the plan was to get Syria to accidentally down a large plane (with a stunningly brilliant maneuver which was only possible via the famed 'Ashkenazi intelligence'(*) possessed solely by God's chosen people) but It is actually quite possible that hitting the Russian plane was an 'unfortunate accident'.  That is, the plan was to kill a bunch of passengers on the other plane and the Israeli fighter pilot got confused and used the Russian military plane for cover accidentally.

The reason the above makes some sense to me is that

1)  Israel would be better served by a bunch of dead civilians blamed on 'Animal Assad', than a pissed off Russian population who are more and more wondering if Putin is nothing but a Zionist puppet, and

2)  The Russian IL-20 surveillance plane did a fairly brief pass over the newly declared deescalation zone in Idlib then came back in for a landing.  It is unlikely that they would have made their flight plan known to Israel in time for them to plan the operation.  The schedule of the civilian airliner would have been known.  Again, given the deliberate baiting and hiding it was clearly a pre-planned maneuver.

I might also note that reports are that one of the targets in Latakia was a power station according to early reports.  I'm sure that 'unidentified Israeli intelligence sources' confirmed that it was an Iranian power station in Syria and that the Ayatollah Khomeini himself was on his shift at the control panel.

Is this information is open-sourced or those are just speculations based on some bits of news here and there?

There will be some geopolitical reconfiguration as NWO forces apparently lost Syria.
Part of mercenaries will escape to Turkey, as Alik Bahshi already joyfully informed us, but whether they will fight for NWO is not given.
The plan to train them in Syria and then send to Central Asia seems to have failed.
Hundreds of Western military instructors were captured and now are held hostages, causing "diplomatic crisis" with UK.

However, NWO still has bacteriological weapons in Georgia (aimed at both Russia and Turkey) and hundreds of military bases in Eastern Hemisphere.

There was already an "accident" when Turkey shot down 2 of Russia's planes, and with no real consequence. I'd feel that this time it'll probably be the same deal - there will be some noise in the media, but in a few months it'll be forgotten and "forgiven". Maybe some sanctions in queue.

You are right about that. We go to summer vacations to Tel Aviv and to winter vacations to Eilat.

You also forgot that 1/3 of Israeli population are ethnic Russians (born, bred in Russia, with Russian as their mother tongue)
and the sizable proportion of them speaks neither Hebrew, nor English.

Seems just the opposite to me.  Putin seems quite beholden to the Zionist Entity(tm) in Israel, and this latest 15 dead Russians and loss of a very expensive airplane with Putin doing yowman's duty in hushing it up, seems like just another in a long list of examples.  With every instance of such a thing the hypothesis that Putin is but a puppet of (((them))), just like the most other leaders in most other countries are, gains some strength.

The 'Russian people', OTOH, witnessed first-hand the Bolshevik revolution and are probably not as ignorant as your average public school trained Westerner about the details of that event.  The who and how.  They also probably tended to notice that when the Bolshevik form of communism had run it's course, how the 'oligarchs' sopped up the spoils.  And, of course, who these oligarchs were and where a lot of them took the money.

I gotta believe that there are as many Russians who are disappointed about Putin doing Netenyahoo a full solid as there are Americans disappointed by Trump doing the same.  And it's clear that there are a lot here.  Lots of them happened to have voted for the guy.

That is not to say that very many Russians would want to nuke Israel just like not very many Americans would either.  That's crazy.  But something has to change because we, and humanity itself, is being run into the gutter by the current power structure.

Conflict can be only in a proxy environment and not a full-fledged confrontation.

'Developed' by parasitizing and stealing from the U.S. among others.  By hook or by crook Israel did in fact amass enough nuclear weapons for their 'Samson Option', and probably Samson+ where a lot of the nukes are aimed at the largest and most important Western cities.  Likely New York City will be safe though.

In the U.S. one for the most part needs AIPAC money to get elected to federal office and stay there, and one needs to be a Jew and/or a kiddie diddler to get AIPAC money.  Both, like Anthony Weiner, is a winning combination.  Ask one-term representative (and hopefully future POTUS) Cynthia McKinney about that.  She (alone?) refused to sign the document promising to support Israel in all situations.  In other words, she refused to be a traitor.

From the actions of other so-called 'Western' nations I would say that some of them have it even worse than us!

Anyway, these two factors explain nicely why whenever Netinyahoo tells a president or prime minister to jump all they do is ask 'how high?' , why Israel can practice war crimes and ethic cleansing with impunity, why Israel can support our 'sworn enemy' al-queida (chuckle), and why most Western militaries keep plenty busy fighting wars for Israel.

I vote to let Israel play their Samson Option card and get it over with.  What's left of humanity probably could and probably would then be ready to do a thorough house-cleaning.  The way things are going now is 'not sustainable', and it promises to only get worse.  Much worse.

You do understand that this is not a video game, right? It is not like any such action will trigger a hurricane of other unwanted for Russia or the western world repercussions. Also, Israel is a developed nuclear power for over 40 years, conflict is impossible. 

Time for Russia to erase some little country off the map. Israel is not a member of NATO and it is the aggressor. World War 3 is coming ready your nuclear bunkers.
