Notable observations: A quick read through the accused ANN thread and you'll observe that, this is just another potential scammer hoping to take advantage of loan seekers on the forum. This thread is more of a lending page for the type 1 flag I'm about creating as I intend making the warning on this user profile more visible to prevent future scams from occuring as I have reasons to believe that anyone dealing with this user is likely to get scammed.
