I thought that sitting on information is not cool and since I couldn't find any info myself on how to compile ccminer on MacOS and it's not entirely trivial, here's a short guide:

It should be noted that I'm not an expert on the matter, so if you have problems I might not be able to help with them.
Devs are free to include and use any information/solutions from my guide in the INSTALL file. I haven't really tested all the changes properly so I've not made any pull requests.
