I submitted a request to this website with this picture. Is there anything else I need to do to get the warranty process moving on this. Also, it seems I will only need to send the one board. Could I still run the miner with the 3 while the fourth is getting fixed with no problems??

I wasn't able to see the picture but chances are you have a bad / failing ASIC on one of the hashboards. I suspect you're seeing x's? If it's under warranty contact Bitmain. If not pull the board and check that each component is firmly soldered to the board. Check the power connections, and as routine as it may sound, clean compressed air to blow out any dust from the boards, connections, etc.

FWIW I ran 8 AP3++ units w/ L3+ on 120v US for several weeks before my 220 plant was finished without any issue. Check the kernel log. If you have a voltage issue you may possibly see it in the log. I had a failing PSU, and I can't remember the exact verbiage, creating kernel messages about scaling the voltage. Replaced the PSU and all was well. Grep the file for 'warn' if you SSH into the box. You actually may want to check this first before removing boards.

you cant run a apw3 on 120 it has to be 240V unless you have an inverter plugged in to step up to 240 and in that case your nuts.  Ask Vosk what happens  Tongue

So i started running my l3+ a few days ago and it's been going fine. This morning when I woke up it had 380ish mh hashrate so I unplugged and and plugged it back in. When I did it came back up to 480ish. So I looked at the configuration page and this is the picture. I can tell there Is a problem with board 4 but not sure what it means. Currently I'm running it with a apw3++ in the US on a 110v system.
