thank you for your advise

what do u mean by

Now it's depend on you. If you can afford cost then you may take chance. <<  how depends on me??

COOLCRYPTOVATOR describes more or less how to take your case to court, sometimes it costs a lot even more than your stolen money. So it depends on how you consider it, whether you give up your money to the scammer and forget about this case or you want to keep pursuing it by incurring other costs even though it doesn't guarantee that you will get the stolen money back.

thank you your advise

its coinbene.coinbene.space, not coinbene.com, yes i suspected its scam too, i cant retrieve or get my money back on this situation even the police? Sad
I can't say that police can't help you to recover your funds. But before file a case you have to think about many things.

First of all, you have to assign a lawyer to manage your case, then you can file a police case if Bitcoin or cryptocurrency is legal in your country. If it's illegal then you would be in trouble as well for a money laundering case. Police would help only if they could detect the person who scams you. And as we know detection of cryptocurrency transactions isn't an easy task and it's quite impossible. If the police could detect the site owner from the domain then it would help to recover your funds. But as I said, all the tasks are quite complicated and nearly impossible.

Now it's depend on you. If you can afford cost then you may take chance. But I can say there is only 0.1% possibility to recover your funds.

the one coinbene.coinbene.space requested me to add to 10K b4 i can withdraw, because i got 1K from their recharge activity from their information.
is that reasonable.-  Lips sealed
Save it in your mind forever whenever a company/person or website asks you to deposit or recharge before withdrawal money, then there is no suspension. It's a direct scam without any further suspensions. Even you don't need to take suggestions from anyone else. Just mark them as a pure scam.

If you already scammed then sorry, no one can help you expect them where you send funds if it's cryptocurrency. Because cryptocurrency is irreversible. This means there is no cure except prevention.

at first, I thought you were talking about this website https://www.coinbene.com/. looking around the coinbene.com has been around since 2017 but their trust pilot rating is terrible. anyway, I looked up coinbene.coinbene.spcae on whois.domaintools.com, and the result was the website was online created 43 days ago. the fact that they ask you to deposit first before you can get the reward shows that they are scammers.

the one coinbene.coinbene.space requested me to add to 10K b4 i can withdraw
this alone already shows that they are a scam. no respectable company would ask a client that they need to deposit X amount before they could get the reward money etc...

If you get scammed due to the nature of Bitcoin you cannot get help or support. No one can retrieve your coins and no one can reverse your transaction unless it gets rejected by miners but that never happens for your situation. I recommend researching the companies that your asking about yourself and if you cannot find any information on them then move on to a more established company. I have not heard of any of those companies. If they are asking you to deposit more money until you can withdraw your money that is 100% a scam and your coins are as good as gone you will never get them back unless the scammer has a change of heart which is unlikely. The best thing you can do is open a topic in scam accusations and provide all the proof (removing personal details) and warn others of these scammers.

To be clear DO NOT DEPOSIT ANY MORE BITCOIN
