Yes, it's a safe service. It's a mexican wallet which you can buy and sell Bitcoin. However, they are charging higher compare to other Brokers here. Also this service only available in Mexico. You can't avail this service if you're not in Mexico afaik. There's a lot of Brokers out there. You can use 1broker.
