Your vision is a great one,
Highly recommendable
Have you asked yourself or
Even imagined the reason,
"brave", "opera" and the likes failed
or isn't very functional again,
When you do find out,
Improve, enhance on their failures
Then and only then success will be born.

The Bitcoin Dev Kit could be interesting for this.

With BDK, you can seamlessly build cross platform mobile wallets

In particular, you should be able to create a basic Bitcoin wallet for any browser as it works for WebAssembly:

The bdk library aims to be the core building block for Bitcoin wallets of any kind.

It's built to be cross-platform: the core logic works on desktop, mobile, and even WebAssembly.

Since Adobe no longer supports Flash Player after December 31, 2020 and blocked Flash content from running in Flash Player beginning January 12, 2021, Adobe strongly recommends all users immediately uninstall Flash Player to help protect their systems.

Why anyone would use a browser that is built on outdated, proven to be insecure and dead technology is beyond me, let alone adding a cryptocurrency wallet to the mix.

Because the OP is the developer / builder of it: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/looking-for-co-founders-to-get-flashbrowser-to-v10-5364371
I see it as an interesting thought experiment but not much more then that.

Sadly although at this point both Flash & Java should be taken out back and shot there are still 1000s and 1000s of sites out there that rely on them that are just about unusable now because no modern browser supports them.
To make matters worse, some are done by governments & major institutions and some people are forced to use them. Now that Microsoft finally killed Internet Explorer 11 there are more and more people having issues. You see it on other forums.

I actually have some clients who are now running Windows 7 in a VM so they can go to some sites that are no longer useable anyplace else.

So I do see someone trying to figure out a way to make some money off of writing a browser that still supports it.

Security would be a concern.
flash.pm is my browser.

Flash is a huge security problem. Mixing browser for flash with bitcoin wallet may easily become a ticking bomb.
I understand that you want to offer convenience, but I don't think that this is a safe direction.

Isn't flash dead and insecure, so I don't understand why wasting time making new browser that is based on flash and add bitcoin wallet on top of that.
I don't want to ruin your project idea but I have to be honest and say that this can't be decentralized if it's operated on cloud.
Then I visited your website and saw that you are offering some kind of ''dex'' offerings (fake binance dex probably) and nft marketplace...

I'm not familiar with the browser you're referring to, but if it supports Chromium as mentioned on their website, it should be possible to make extensions work there. I could be wrong though.

As for the security and safety concerns, then I don't see any (assuming that the source code has been peer-reviewed and the project has been around for quite some time) otherwise it's definitely not recommended.

I heard there were some forks of Brave trying to do that ( but they did not work as they were related  to a social media platform with bad reputation )

I also know opera has a bitcoin wallet but it is not lightning.

There are some chrome extensions, Joule has some good rating.

I am trying to add it to an Electron based browser I have and I am wondering if it's a good idea, why it's not and so on.
I envision it as easy to access and make web payements with lighining. Users would just deposit small amounts in it.
Security would be a concern.
