As someone who doesn't know any of you except for being names on a screen. 

I am thankful to see and read Feedback left on accounts, red, orange whatever.  Feedback allows others to see and make up their own minds.  The person who leaves the Feedback doesn't matter to me. What the Feedback says and References, does, I can make up my own mind. Is the red justified? Is the Feedback legit? etc

I've seen accounts bought and sold.  I've seen people offer "other accounts". I could care less what your "hero" "legendary" DT and blah blah is if you have "other accounts"; if you've sold accounts..........that's shady to me.  It's shady because: Why do you have "other" accounts?  Why not just have 1 and whatever you say is there?

As far as Luptin goes, I like their Feedback, I read it and move along.  Is the Feedback Golden? a Rule? NO But, thus far reading anything that has been left has been beneficial for this community.

I, also noticed you MargonCreatives, because I look in the Loans, Games/akaPonzi crap, those selling things etc.  Basically, I look at sections where there is a possibility of someone getting screwed.  Because, I'm keeping my only account; I am involved in BTC and this forum;  I may buy/sell and I don't want to get shafted 

When you asked for a loan, u caught my attention. For now all I can see is what's here and time tells all.  Thanks to all who do try to keep things legit.  I find it sickening the scams.  Yes it happens in fiat.  But having it happen as much as it does in BTC world seriously ruins it.  I understand why my friends were weary.  If I didn't know the good of Bitcoin, I would think Bitcoin is bullshit just based on the scamming that goes on here.

I have bought this account from someone. In fact I have bought many accounts ( I believe its allowed here ) . I wanted to earn with yobit but unfortunately it was ruined by some lender.

Now you might wonder how that relates to me being using his addresses ? That is because when I bought the account, I was handed over the keys of all the addresses mentioned and linked in this account. He gave me a blockchain account and told me that if I want to not get red trust then better I use the addresses given by him and to receive payments personally I can transfer to them to my wallet.

I agreed because I never knew that those addresses were being used by scammers earlier.

I would be more than happy to answer any questions.

Upon re-examinating the situation, the user asked for a no-collateral loan back in January (yes, that was indeed a month before I was added to DT2, I've been on DT4 that time).
The loan was supposed to be 0.3BTC and the comment was "looking fast, no collateral.", which even now raises my first suspicon.
The next comment from the user goes as following "Im trusted member here, many peoples who offering loans know me."
Back at the time, the user had a 0 trust score and (when including untrusted feedback) a total of 1 feedback over a loan, on top, their password had been reset recently.

I still think I was right to leave the feedback back then, however, I also think I probably should have removed it a month or two later (given that the user didn't ask for further loans inbetween).
A hero member without any prior trust should not ask for loans of a size well over their accounts worth without providing any collateral. Simply being a hero doesn't make you trusted, and a basic rule of the lending section goes as following:

The way the user reacted to me (and others) calling them out on this was another reason why I indeed saw the need for a negative, the retaliated, insulted me in PMs and the thread.
An example of how they react can be given from one of their latest feedbacks, going like this "Make more valuable with your mouth, suck a dick!", I recall getting similar PMs and feedbacks.

tl;dr: I have revised my feedback to a neutral, given the restraint that the user does not ask for big no-collateral loans in the future.
I still don't trust this user and think they should adjust their way of dealing with others on this forum.

Yes that's the point I want to make, basically a member with 800+ activity is tagged as a scammer just because lutpin did a mistake.

Anyways I hope ONLYfree gets his feedback removed and Lutpin become a little more serious when giving -VE trust ( a neutral is great if you ever think something is wrong )

I think that was before I added him into the DT network. I do agree that the feedback should be changed since he signed a message. People in the DT network are held to higher standards since their feedback carries more weight. Also "brutal abuse" is a bit of a stretch lol...

People who ask for no-collateral loans like that urging lenders to be fast are super sketchy.  Was Lutpin even on DT at the time?  I forget when he was added.  I would probably say if the account isn't hacked then he probably doesn't still deserve a neg.  That was like 7 months ago.

There is no such thing as "untouchable" here, except for Theymos.  Everyone can be removed from default trust if they make too many mistakes.

Who wants him to be removed from DT ? AT LEAST NOT ME REALLY.

I just want that he should not give red feedbacks for fun and more because he is in DT of this forum. I hope at least he understands it.

The user was HERO I think when he asked for a loan.

People told him that no collateral = no loan

I am fine and agree friends but then we know that trusted members get loan without collateral here, what I mean by trusted is non newbies or juniors .. in fact I myself look 0.02 btc loan and repaid ( no collateral)

Most people and even me when I was reading thread now doubted him by asking a signature from old address, the best part is he did signed and verified it !
