Eto yong excerpt ng email from Coins.ph

Hello there,

In compliance with BSP Circular 1108 on Virtual Asset Service Providers, please be informed that cryptocurrency transactions (such as conversions from PHP to cryptocurrency, sending to other wallet addresses, and creation of crypto wallets) will only be available for ID and Selfie verified Coins.ph customers.
Take note that if your account is not ID and Selfie verified by May 21, 2021, you will not be able to send or convert using your crypto wallets (BTC, ETH, BCH, XRP). If you have no plans to make crypto transactions, you don't need to fulfill this requirement. You may still enjoy our services using your Coins PHP Wallet.
Submitting your ID and Selfie verification takes only a few minutes. All you need is a valid government-issued ID and a stable internet connection. Once submitted, your verification will be processed within 3 business days.
