Your exchange isn't even loading for me when I tried to look at the actual exchange by clicking on "trading". When I clicked on one more icon it's just stuck at a grey screen with no charts, no orderbooks. Also half of your site is in English and the other half is in Chinese.
That's not "speed", nor "reliability". And without that you're not going to get any "results".
What does this mean? Could you elaborate on this statement? Your email domain is gmail, that doesn't appear that professional at all.

Plus that you didn't answer about unverified/verified accounts and the limits of them, which is prety odd and weird.
If you want to run an exchanger or start one, you should know all of this before and not after you launch it.
