You might actually see the price of BTC around $10 per coin that's because most people have pulled their money out of BTC and started to create their own quality cryptocurrency. They are turning their own cryptocurrency into their own fiat currency similar to Blackcoin, Xbot, Monero, NXT, Bitshares, ect...

Some of us were mining when BTC was sub $1.00 and still hold quite a few of those.

$25/BTC is still tremendously profitable for some of us.

What are you doing to make sure your coin stands out in the sea of over 1000 different coins? A myriad of things.

Which coins are [re]positioning themselves at the top of the leader board? Not sure.

How useful is your coin in real life? Very, albeit for certain venerable niche.
