интересный сервис, только вот не до конца разобрался - он только для резидентов USA или всеобще-интернациональный ? в смысле не амера юзать могут или надо US TAX ID
Сервис не ограничен рамками USA, интернациональный. Однако, Россия не входит ни в один из списков.
