I think near with halving time could make bitcoin raise to higher price and get much opportunity to see bitcoin back to higher price again and repeat what happen last end of 2017 where bitcoin break out above $20,000. Will get the same moment in this year with halving time and make bitcoin and altcoin back to the top price.
If you have all that money, why not go public? You do not need much money.
