Bitpay because it works seamlessly. I tried a purchase and it went like this:
A bitpay window should come up where it will tell you an address to send your bitcoin to as well as the amount. It doesn't come up on your bitcoin wallet for you and complete the transaction. You have to open your wallet and copy+paste the values for the address to send to as well as the amount. No matter which wallet, as long as the bitcoin is received to that address on bitpay's end, your purchase will be completed.
How simple does that sound? I hope the bigger retailer such as Walmart and Costco will use this on their sites  in the realm of e-commerce going forward.

Waiting up to an hour for a BTC transaction in line at WalMart isn't ideal. Even minutes isn't good enough in todays fast paced world.

Do you think they would ever adapt if it means holding up lines? Not a chance in hell.
Why do these bitcoin debits card work then?
Just incorporate them together problem solved.
I would imagine the bitcoin Debit cards use the same network as how the credit card transactions are handled.
So yes it will work.
I send bitcoin from my wallet to a bitcoin casino, it is automatically there in as soon as I hit send from the wallet I see it is ready to use in my casino window. I start placing bets right away. Even if it is in a pending status, they are still usable on the site. You just can't withdraw from the site until it is out of pending state which makes sense.
When you make a purchase using you credit card, it works in the same way, sort of. It is in a pending state, until it is processed but the transaction has happened already. I call my credit card company and they say their is a charge but nothing is set as a purchase until it has been processed, can take 1-3 days to show up on their end as a completed process, or transaction.
Gas stations even put a hold on funds on your credit card if you pay at the pump to cover their losses if you decide to pump and run with out paying, they got you and put a hold of up to $150 on your card. Had this done to my card because the 1st pump didn't work (hold of $75 max of gas) so went to the next one, same thing a hold of another $75 was put on my card. Only found out when I got home and called the card issuer to see if they charged me because I heard about this happening on forums similar to this one but about cars.
They put a hold on funds of $150 for 3 days but nothing was processed in other words nothing was charged to my card. I didn't get anything from that visit.

A supplier to WalMart who accepts Bitcoin would also provide a big boost.
That way, they don't have to worry about converting coins to Fiat.

Loose lips sink sigs!
Coinbase. The transmitters represent the best opportunity for retailers like WalMart to process, at volume, bitcoin payments.
