I was under the impression that all of the Chinese exchanges didn't charge any fees. I don't think it is really possible to pay users to trade on an exchange. Also as mentioned above they would need to get approval from apple before releasing the app (before it will appear in the app store and before anyone can put it on their iPhone). I would have doubts that apple would approve it with the allegations/rumors of Chinese exchanges using customer funds to pay for expenses.

Nice if they are able to get approval from Apple and iTune store.

Is this an exception or other developer can offer wallet service from the store?

BTC China is a very popular and well established Bitcoin trading and exchange site with thousands of customers trading vast amounts of Bitcoin on a daily basis. BTC China has released the trading and exchange app in the hope of making customer’s lives easier as the app is extremely functional, versatile, and allows the day traders to operate from their phones. The app titled “BTC China” was released earlier today by Shanghai Satuxi on the Apple Store for free to all traders.
