You cannot say like that. There is nothing which can make you say so. The price inconsistency is very natural for bitcoin. Though the time is not being good for bitcoin but it will soon recover and hopefully will reach to the top.
To get a satisfactory profit you better try to invest in the long term and with a lot of money, because for daily trading in bitcoin prices today is not very supportive, but the current price is not too risky.

Bitcoin is fighting for its life
It has the same market cap as say General Electric. Yes, the same market cap as one lousy company on the DOW.
