These providers have different debit cards and different ATM to use, providers should have connected that scarce ATMs to other providers' ATMs and make they compatible to each others.

does any one use btc debit cards?

I have seen some like xapo but they have not gotten theirs out at the moment.

Just want to know if there are any out there that work.
