It is the perfect exemple that show how it's good to use an email wich you own the domain, specially when you use it with websites related to money. If an email is gone or something else, then you can end with similar situation as your, and it can be worst. When you own your domain you don't have to worry about to see it gone or else. If you have a problem with hosting then you can just move the hosting. Not to say you can host your email for free. I hope you will be able to get your problem solved

The same day I made a deposit to btc-e my email account (mail2tor) associated with the btc-e account stopped being able to send and recieve emails.  This is a problem if you are trying to withdraw as I can't confirm anything now.  When I emailed the admin at mail2tor, I recieved an message back that it was undeliverable.  Same when I sent a test email to my own account.  Is this service down now for everyone? I made another mail2tor account and sent a test message and it hasn't recieved yet. Do these two services share the same administration and my account not working at the exact same time as the large deposit is no coincidence?  I opened a case with support and they said I needed to send the minimum amount from the same wallet as the last deposit.  I did this but it appears as a different wallet when viewed on the blockchain.  Im using electrum and I've been told it might automatically generate new addresses.  Im told I can have my account back if I can resend from the same address as before.  Is this possible with electrum?  I haven't done anything different other than send a few transactions with this wallet so I'm not sure why I can't prove an address is mine.  Any help on any front that gets me my account back will be generously rewarded. Thanks.
