Yep, 2FA enabled and you're safe.

Even if you didn't have 2FA, the hacker would need access to your email account to approve withdrawals.

That means that you had some keylogger on your system.

i know btc - e had been getting some serious incidents in the past.

but i feel like its more some random selection, while others continue bitcoin on that exchange. I cant really see the picture cause its a bit smaller dimensions clicking through all of them trying to follow up on your remarks.

but do you happen to have the tx id the transaction id?

Ok let me just start off by saying what terrible service BTC-e has they have done nothing to help me.
So about 15 months ago, I went to log into my BTC-e account that had 33 BTC in it. When I logged in I instantly noticed that almost all of my btc were missing!!!!
about 30 btc were withdrawn from my account without me knowing anything. so then I went into my trades/withdraw history and notice a bunch of unfamiliar trades, buying/selling LTC and BTC and a bunch of other withdraws made with my account.
Now I was just sitting there didnt know what to do, so I contacted BTC-e support hoping they would help me but it ended up being a terrible experience, they barely would respond to my messages and when they did it was unclear and very hard to understand what they want from me.
So after awhile of this, they suspended my account. At this point I've almost given up, so i took a break from it kinds forgot. Then when I wanted to gain access my account again because I still have some BTC in there so I contact support again, and its the same bulls**t. They will not let me back into my account for some reason.
Here is a link to the conversation with them.
